I have known Rob for over 15 years. He sold my old house in a tough market and got a good selling price for me. Having been a former real estate paralegal I’ve know hundreds of realtors. Rob definitely stands above the rest. You won’t find a more caring, honest and skilled realtor than Rob. I found Rob to be very adept at handling negotiations with other realtors and their clients. He did an excellent job of staying in contact with the prospective buyer even when we didn't accept their first offer. A couple of weeks later he was able to negotiate them to a better offer that was acceptable to us and he did a good job of closing the deal in a timely fashion. Rob was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and great at moving things along but never being pushy. He had the right balance of advice mixed with tact. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family, and will definitely use his Real Estate service on my next purchase or sale.
